Dr. Batchelor

Dr. Caitlin Stangel Batchelor, a native Virginian, graduated with an undergraduate degree in History from the University of Virginia, and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Virginia Commonwealth University’s Medical College of Virginia. She completed a two-year post-graduate General Practice Residency at Wake Forest University Medical Center, where she gained considerable experience in all aspects of general dentistry, with a focus on hospital- and private practice-based dentistry. Dr. Batchelor worked in dental practices in Warrenton, Virginia and San Francisco, California before joining this practice in 2013. She loves individualizing care to the specific needs and desires of her patients, taking the whole person and their unique qualities into consideration. Dr. Batchelor currently serves on the  Board of Directors of the Virginia Dental Association, formerly served on the Board of Directors of the Harrisonburg Rockingham Free Clinic and the Collins Center, and is a past president of the Shenandoah Valley Dental Association. Dr. Batchelor is a member of the American Dental Association and the Virginia Dental Association, a Fellow in the American College of Dentists and the International College of Dentists, as well as a member of the Pierre Fauchard Academy. She has seen how a healthy, beautiful smile can change a patient’s life, and would be glad to share with you how it can improve yours.
